• MMTA sponsors a Junior Club for participation in the National Federation of Music Clubs' Junior Festival Auditions.

By joining the Milwaukee Music Teachers Association, teachers become a member of the Wisconsin Federation of Music Clubs and gain all the privileges of that membership, one of which is being able to present students in the yearly Festivals held in many cities during January - March.

• MMTA sponsors the Piano Olympics to encourage the study of the technical aspects of playing the piano.
